It has everything I personally expect of a luxury perfume, if not more. The scent of Miss Dior Cherie may seem a bit strong, however that is where the power of the perfume lies. I usually spray the perfume 3 times in the morning and I know that it will stay on till the very end of the night. Therefore, Miss Dior Cherie is not strong, it is just extremely long lasting which is nothing but a good thing.
and ladies, the male response for this perfume has shown nothing but positive outcomes

Giambattista Valli - “Victoria shoes”

The Victoria Shoe - by Giambattista Valli

They have been discussed and rated by almost anyone involved in the fashion business. The Victoria shoe by Giambattista Valli were designed and ideally made to be worn firstly by British fashion diva, Victoria Beckham. I must say I love the robust touch of this extremely high heel shoe. However, as with many fashion trends we need to be realistic and ask if these really can be worn comfortably in every day life. The answer is yes and no depending on experience. I wear high heels every day and I find it very flattering to my posture and my confidence. However these shoes did nothing but give me back ace and made me feel like a cheap version of Pamela Anderson. I am just sharing my honest view and these heels are just too much for my taste. They look nice on their own, however when I looked down at my feet I felt like Bigfoot. I’m not a very big fan of the huge platform, no matter how much taller they made me. They are uncomfortable and very risky to walk in. Try them yourself and you will know what I mean…
They are roughly £600-£800 and they come in as many colors as you can imagine.

Zizzi

43, Market Place, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 1JQ

Very romantic I must say.I went on a Friday and it was exceptionally loud and stressful. Ah ,such a romantic restaurant, kind of cheezy bt still very lovely.
The service was not the best I have experienced. Dark, cozy, smokey, looking like a jazz club, good stand ups and brutal honesty. I love seeing people getting picked on during stand ups, I am not going to lie lol. However I hate to get picked on so I made a smart moove and sat in the middle of the audience not to stand out lol.
I had a great time at Ram Jam and I absolutely and definitely recommend this comedy club to anyone who would like to experience some evil and angry fun. However it is infact a turkish restaurant serving nothing but turkish food.In all honesty, Cappadocia was one of the worst restaurants I have been to ever! I went during the day, there was no other visitors there except for me and my friend and the food still took 2 hours to cook.
I have a theory, I believe that if you are to eat certain food like turkish, persian, chinese, mexican and so forth you should always try the basics. If the restaurant prepares a bad basic dish then the other dishes are not worth trying. I tried the Doner kebab which is one of the basic turkish dishes. To me this doner kebab was more like salt kebab. My friend who ordered chicken kebab found that her food was over salted aswell. I definitely do not recommend Cappadocia during day time. It is a waste of time and money and frankly I wouldnt eat the food if it was given to me for free!
Pro’s: Close to transportation away from there!
Con’s: Food too salty, prices not worth, small, bad service.

Blue Hawaii

2 Richmond Road, London KT2 5EB

www.bluehawaii.co.uk
The visit to Blue Hawaii made me feel like I was on holiday in Spain. It was a very tacky restaurant decorated with plastic flowers, pictures of hula girls and very obvious, expected Hawaiian decorations. A friendly feel in combination with hip hop, reagge and funk music is to me one of the nicest feelins that can control your sences. Especially when sitting in the garden surounded by trees and nature alongside a nice glass of Sour Amaretto .The Vibe Bar was a very mellow place and the style of he crowd was in my view very bohemic, modern with a pinch of old school hip hop. I can’t really give any major negative points about Vibe Bar. It is basically a summer place, it is cozy and it contibutes with friendly love. This is truly a place for memories…”…do you remember back in the day at Vie Bar?”.The only point i can think of about Vibe Bar not being good is the weather. I believe that if the weather is bad, the garden is not going to be used and it will definitely decrease the whole feel to Vibe Bar. The garden is the heart of Vibe Bar.
Pro’s: Great dj’s, fun, friendly
Con’s: When the weather is bad and the garden cant be used.

Kinky-Curly Curling Custard

I have a straightening obsession. It was a real ghetto club and the best part of it is that it still a very laid back and friendly. When first reading about Fridge and learning that most of the music played is Dirty RnB, Raw Garage and Ghetto Rap, I expected Fridge to be quite intimidating. However when I arrived at the club I noticed that everone did their own thing. People were till dancing away, and no one was disturbing in an annoying manner. The friendly atmosphere can really help people who usually are shy at clubs. You can be dancing like a maniac and no one will visually cuss u lol.The club itself was a bit skanky I must say. Spilled drinks and crushed glasses is not my ideal dancefloor. The bar however was banging, great selection of drinks for good prices.

Abacus

24 Cornhill st, Bank, London EC3V 3ND

Abacus is a cute place. I can really sence that the owners wanted Ancabus to look very classy and trendy. However, it would be classy and trendy if Ancabus was an after-ski, mountain, snow-resort bar in the 1980’s.I wouldnt be surprised if the cast of Miami Vice came in and had a drink. The crowd were mostly people between 23-30 years old. This way you could see everyone and it makes the club look more packed which can be a good thing.I believe Plan B is one of them clubs you kind of have to know how to dance, you need to know the basics of modern hip hop culture etc.Know the following : Willy Bounce, ChiChi man and Dutty Wine (if you are a girl) lol.

Bar salsa

96 charing cross road, London

BOOORIIIIINNGG!
I have been to many salsa bars and clubs in my life and I did not expect this from a LONDON bar. Im not saying I like to have fried chicken or anythin on the dancefloor, but sometimes it is really nice to have a bit of munch. The crowd was very different. Equal amount of guys and girls and from ALL different nationalities. Tiger Tiger goes in my “backup club” category. It is a club that doesnt flop. It is really good everytime .
It is simply a club with good standards, taste, trend, good price range and restaurant service.

Studio Valbonne

62 Kingly Street, Soho, London W1B 5QN

Studio Valbonne was just too much fun! It is a very “UK” kind of club, European fashion and music trends with a touch of UK garage and basic ravin manners lol.The music at Studio V was very good, I felt that there was something good played for everyone. However the club didnt really have anything to make it stand out. It is not a club to be a part of any memories…just another one of them backup clubs... sort of.
Pro’s: Amazing DJ, nice light effects, clean restrooms and posh.
Con’s: Nothing makes it stand out.

Carbon

Old Quebeck Street, Marble Arch, London W1C 1LZ
Carbon is one of them places I like to call “backup places”. Its one of those places wich are moderately good every week. Different, calm, cool crowd. Every1 seems to have a good time at Carbon, not many fights and so forth. It is a good place, but it is not very interesting. Nothing really big ever happens to these clubs and they are very similar every week, Carbon is like one of these places. It has a fun atmosphere to it, it is just the same atmosphere every week. It is a fun club to go to if you just want to skank out and have fun lol. You can go crazy in Carbon and dont think any more of it. I recommend Carbon to people in big groups. It is a fun place for big companies.
Pro’s: Good music, good prices, good crowd, fun atmosphere and nice interior.
Con’s: Nothing very interesting, very predictable and not different from other basic clubs.

Hummus Bros

37 - 63 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4DA

Hummus is a lebanese starter or side dish. On saturdays, reagge is the main theme. Fasching is a very laid back club, it has 2 floors. On the bottom floor there is a dancing area and a stage were the fearless can get up and dance on. There are 2 separate bars which provide very poor customer service I would say. I had to wait over 40 minutes to get a drink. However, this is not always the case, I blame the bouncers and their easily charmed personalities. They let too many girls in and when they realize how packed the place has gotten, they cant do anything about it.
The top floor is only for sitting down, there is no dancefloor.I would say that even though Fasching is larger than many clubs I have been to, it is still the most uncomfortably narrow club. The club is one very narrow rectangle. For people who are into reagge and dancehall then this is a club to visit.
The entrance is the basic entrance price, 100 kr (around £8).

Pro’s: Good Crowd, very good music, good bar prices
Con’s: No air conditioning, too narrow, too many people

Dem Bow

www.dembow.se

Dem Bow is a latin club which is held at various places depending on what season it is.What I like about Dem Bow is that it has never lowered its standards to make more money. This is definitely one of my favourite clubs.
Pro’s: Good music, Club is held at various locations, fun crowd
Con’s: Quite young crowd

Kungshallen, Stockholm

Kungsgatan 44, 11135 Stockholm

www.kungshallen.com

Kungshallen is about 50 restaurants in 1 place. Dark wood interior, nice lighting and good music.I believe that if Cactus Blue was nothing but a bar it would have been a reasonably good place. However, the restaurant section on the second floor of Cactus Blue was ridiculous.Let me paint a picture, you are at the Cactus Blue with 10 friends. You all get your food at different points. While one side of the table has eaten and finnished, the other half is still waiting.I, for example, ordered a chicken fajita. I recievet the actual fajita first, then the sauces and almost 30 minutes later I recieved the bread which is the whole point of a fajita.Bless the waitress, she was working alone serving 60 guests with the manager.I spoke to the manager who admitted lack of service and gave our table 2 free meals. I on the otherhand believe that we should have gotten it all for free!

Pro’s: OK music and a nice waitress.
Con’s: TERRIBLE service. Food burnt, raw, bloody when not wanted. Cactus Blue was nothing but a waste of my time and money. The owner should set the whole place on fire and save the space for something good. If I had the power, I would give this man the nobel prize of drinking alcohol. He started singing and playing music around 8 pm. As he was singing, the waitress kept on giving him bottle after bottle of greek vodka, Ouzo. As time passed the man was getting more and more drunk, after about 3 bottles he was truely and utterly WASTED. Between his songs he took 2-3 minutes to share his views of the world, these views did not make much sence but they were very entertaining. Even though the alcohol had gone straight to his head, when he played his music, he was singin on the top of his lungs and it actually sounded really nice. Everyone got up and started dancing in the most interesting ways. I did not know what I was doing, however whenever I turned around there was a greek person in my face screaming ” OPAAA, VERYYY GOOD”.

The atmosphere was AMAZINGLY WODERFUL. People were friendly and very openminded. I felt truely wanted when I was there, there was no “greeks only”-mentality.
For 16 complete meals and 7 big bottles of vodka including drinks we payed £500. I know that I could pay much more than that considering the experience that was given to me. I truely loved Jimmys Restaurant and it is a fact that I am going back soooon again.

Pros’s: Amaxing atmosphere, live traditional music, good food, good prices, greek style decorations, BEST GREEK RESTAURANT IN LONDON, down to earth feeling!
Con’s: Small

Pangaea, Mayfair

85 Picadilly, Mayfair, Clarances Street, London W1J 7NB

I went to Pangaea on a thursday. All my friends had been talking about Pangea n even though I had NOOO energy or will to go, I was forced by my friends to join them. When entering Pangaea my first reaction was claustrophobia. I am used to BIG clubs with several floors and huge dancefloors. Pangaea is a small club, it is an open space area with a small dancefloor in front of the DJ. Even though it was quite small, the decoration occupied my entire focus. I have to be honest and say that I am considering going to small clubs after the “Pangaea-experience”. There were beauuuutiful seating areas shaped like puddles and tables with clean ready champagne glasses.

There were 2 small bars, due to the generally cheap prices in the bar my memory has been slightly affected (lol). However, of what I remember I bought 3 double Tequila shots and 1 coke for £25…very good I would say.
Since this was a private party I cannot really comment on the music, however I believe that all kinds of music is played at Pangaea depending on what day it is.

Pro’s: CLEAAANNNN toilets, amazing decorations, comfortable seating areas, air conditioning, friendly staff
Con’s: slightly small for my liking

Heaven

Villiers street, under th archers, London WC2N 6NG

www.heaven-london.com

Heaven oh Heaven…
Interesting club indeed, perhaps because I didnt realize it was a gay club until I actually got in.I must say though, if I was a gay guy I would have truely felt like I was in heaven. This club is wat I would call a sexy club. Seductive decoration and a beautiful crowd. Drinks at Paper were normally expensive, however ordering a bottle to share with your friends is much better. The treatment given when ordering a bottle is at top class. I felt like a movie star with my bottle .People genuinely have a good time at Paper, the music is very mixed, there is something for everyone. The do has real skills, I don’t believe anyone one elsa can play 50Cent followed by Nirvana and actually make it sound good.
Pro’s: Fun crowd, VIP feeling, Posh but still down to earth.
Con’s: Too HOT, small bathrooms, confusing orientation

Penthouse, Leicester Square

1, Leicester Square, London WC2H 7NA

My night at Penthouse must have been one of my top ten nights of my life. The Q was quick, the elevator to up to the actuall dancefloor on the 7th floor was a true experience itself. Purple lights in the elevator really turned my party mood on high. The club was pcked with trendy posh looking people. Penthouse seemed to be a quite rich place, people were not afraid to buy bottles and bottles of alkohol. I felt like I was at a Puff Daddy party. The DJ played mostly Hip Hop and RnB with a hint of soul. I would like to call it Mature Hip Hop.
The bar was packed troughout the entire nigt, I had to wait 30 minutes before I could have a drink, which by the way was too expensive.
Pro’s: Good crowd, Fancy feeling, great music
Con’s: Expensive drinks, no airconditioning, quite small for the amount of people let in.

Ministry of Sound

103 Gaunt Street, Elephant and Castle, London SE1 6DP
www.ministryofsound.com

Ministry of Sound is HUGE! Ruby Blue is a small club in the middle of leicester square. It has a very modern feel to it, however a nice detail is that in the middle of the club there is a small, cozy “relaxing” area decorated as a Morrocan harem. There is no risk of having to wait in the bar to get a drink, the bar is wide and the bartenders work very fast to satisfy everyone.
I do have to complimate the DJ aswell, the music played was very randomly picked songs. This gave the atmosphere and mood some variation troughout the night. Hip hop/rnb, dancehall, old school rap, reagge, garage, funky house was the music played.
Pro’s: Not too crowded but still lively, very social people, good music
Con’s: A bit too small, very hot on the dancefloor

Essence, Kingston

Bucklands Warf, Thames side, Kingston upon Thames, London KT1 1TN

www.essencestylebar.co.uk

If you like a fancy feel to your night and if you like to visit a place were people dress to impress, as you do, then Essence is the place. The decore is purple and gold-ish which feels very trendy. When first entering Essence one can truely notice how mature the atmosphere is. It is not about only drinking and getting drunk. At Essence it is about drinking with pleasure. It is the perfect place to get to know new people, everyone is extremely social, including the barstaff
Essence is not a club, however at around 1am, the “dancefloor” is packed. People dance, having fun and simply enjoying them selves.

…..as an addition….I have to mention that the toilets are the cleanest I have ever been to!!!

McKlusky’s, Kingston

4 Bishop’s Hall, Riverside Walk, Kingston-Upon-Thames, KT1 1QN

www.mccluskys.com

Hmm…..what to say about McCluskys. Well, it is certainly not the best place…It is more of a “last option” club. They play horrible music, the dancefloor is too big concidering that there are never more than 10 people dancing. The place is very trashy in a way, it has no class what so ever. I wouldnt be surprised to se someone dressed in a paper trash bag at McCluskys.

If I had to mention 1 good thing about McCluskys it would be the atmosphere. Even though the place is very cheap and not fancy in any possible way, the atmosphere is at the highest. People seem to have more fun at McCluskys than in any massive London club. Either you love Mcluskys and visit on a regular basis, or you absolutely hate it and would never concider even thinking about it ever again after visiting. What ever the case is….it is worth a visit….it is truely an experience…

Barcadia, Kingston

Greencoat House Clarence Street, London KT1 1QT

When first approaching Barcadia, one can expect alot. The decor is very modern with nice lights and a cozy atmosphere. It appears to be very big from the outsite, however, when entering Barcadia you can notice that what you tought was the second bar, is actually just a mirror reflecting the only bar in the entire place. It is very small and not comfortable at all. There are hardly any seating areas and the “dancefloor” is too big for a place like that. Big ups for the DJ though….the main feature which attracted me to walk into Barcadia was the music. A mix of hiphop/RnB, garahe, house, soul attracts different people which also is a nice feature. But still, I say Barcadia is a place you go to if EVERYTHING is closed and you are in desperate need of a drink and good music1

Lloyds Bar, Kingston

Clarence Street, Kingston upon Thames, London KT1 1QP

ACROSS THE ROAD FROM OCEANA!

You should definitely visit lloyds if you want to go crazy before you go clubbing. Drinks are ridiculously cheap and the atmosphere is great. Everyone seems to be on a happy high at Lloyds. Its a crazy bar with crazy people, which is a good thing in this case. There are plenty of seats for everyone on the bottom floor. The top floor has a great atmosphere aswell, however it is a bit more calm than downstairs. The music is very mixed up, the Djs at Lloyds can play anything from Disco to Dancehall…its a good crazy bar.

Oceana, Kingston

154 Clarence Street, Kingston upon Thames, London KT1 1QP

Oceana is probably on my top 5 list of the best clubs in the wolrld. It has 7 different rooms playing many different types of music. I never tought one club would play Hip hop, rnb, dancehall, garage etc along with 80's music and disco. There is definitely something for all kinds of people and this makes it fair for everyone. If you are going to Oceana with a group of people with diferent tastes you can simply go to different dancefloors depending on peoples interests and still be in the same club! And dont worry, since it has a capacity of 2553 people, you will most likely find someone to share your interest with.

It is truely a comfortable place. It has great air conditioning so there is no risk of make-up melt down :).Thursdays at Oceana are student nights meaning you need a student ID to get in, however the bouncers are usually very friendly and will make an exception or 2 ;). What is special about thursday nights is that there is always a surprise guest performing. Previous artists have been Lloyd Banks, Ginuwine, Sisco, Kelly Rowland and NeYo. PHAT THURSDAYS!A great tip though is to be there EARLY, the Q can get quite massive and time consuming. One should have patience during the start of the night, the q and cloakroom q can definitely be a project....but it is worth it.
